Shell Shack Menu Engineering and Redesign
The menus for this multi-location seafood restaurant based out of Dallas were in desperate need of not only a new design and layout, but a complete re-thinking of how their menu was organized and presented to the guest. Using sales and customer data, I engineered the new menu design to maximize efficiency, profits and readability.
